Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PRATICK FEED (the “Platform”), an intelligence and signaling product made available online. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

Operator

The Platform is operated by APP PRATICK SARL (“we,” “us,” or “our”), with its principal place of business in Lomé, Togo. APP PRATICK SARL is responsible for the service experience, acceptable use enforcement, and support channels described herein; eligible subscription payments are processed by FedaPay (T-Money, Moov, Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money, Wave, and related methods).

Eligible use

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or create risk for other users or the integrity of our systems.

Topic selections

Premium plans may allow you to select up to three (3) simultaneous topic interests at a time. You agree to choose only topics you are entitled to use under your plan. We may adjust available topics, labels, or stream definitions to improve quality; material adverse changes will be communicated where required by law or your agreement with us.

Prohibited conduct — scraping and redistribution

The Platform’s raw data streams, API outputs, alerts, and underlying datasets are licensed for your personal or internal business use in accordance with your subscription. Without our prior written consent, you may not:

• Use bots, scrapers, harvesters, or automated means to extract, copy, or bulk-download content from the Platform;
• Resell, republish, sublicense, or publicly redistribute our raw streams, structured exports, or derivative corpora;
• Probe, stress-test, or circumvent rate limits, authentication, or technical controls;
• Misrepresent the origin of our intelligence or use it in a way that violates applicable law.

We may investigate violations and pursue contractual, technical, and legal remedies.

Intellectual property

The Platform, branding, software, and compiled intelligence outputs are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

Disclaimers

Intelligence products are provided for informational purposes to support operational awareness. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. You remain solely responsible for decisions made using the Platform.

Payments, fees, and billing cycles

Paid subscriptions are processed by our payment partner, FedaPay. Checkout supports mobile money and wallet methods including T-Money, Moov, Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money, and Wave. Your relationship with FedaPay for checkout and receipts is subject to FedaPay’s terms and policies in addition to these Terms.

Our current paid access tiers (see also Pricing) depend on how many operational verticals you select: up to three verticals from USD $1.99/month or $19.99/year; four or more verticals from $2.99/month or $29.99/year. The amount debited in FCFA (XOF) is shown in the FedaPay widget before you confirm payment.

You may cancel future renewals by contacting management@pratick.net. If you seek a refund or wish to cancel under our 14-day money-back guarantee, you must follow the procedure in our Cancellation & Refund Policy: send an email directly to management@pratick.net with the exact subject line Refund request.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
