Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to qualifying paid subscriptions to PRATICK FEED placed through our checkout partner, FedaPay (T-Money, Moov, Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money, Wave, and related methods).
14-day satisfaction guarantee
We offer a hassle-free 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your qualifying initial purchase if the filtered data streams do not provide actionable operational value for your business needs, subject to verification of your purchase record and exclusion of misuse (see below).
How to request a refund or cancellation
To request a cancellation or refund under our 14-day money-back guarantee, users must send an email directly to: management@pratick.net. The email MUST be sent with the exact subject line: Refund request.

Send from the email address associated with your subscription when possible, and include your approximate purchase date plus a short note on why the streams did not meet reasonable operational expectations. We aim to acknowledge requests within two (2) business days.
FedaPay may separately provide transaction receipts and purchaser-rights disclosures; where FedaPay’s policies impose specific dispute timelines, those terms apply in parallel to the extent required by FedaPay.
Cancellation
You may cancel future renewals in accordance with the self-service tools or instructions provided at checkout or in subscription emails. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not by itself erase prior periods already paid for unless you qualify for the guarantee above within the fourteen (14)-day window.
Exclusions
- Refunds requested after fourteen (14) days from qualifying initial purchase except where applicable law requires otherwise;
- Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms (including unauthorised scraping or redistribution of streams);
- Chargebacks initiated without following the refund procedure above on non-fraud disputes—we encourage direct resolution first via management@pratick.net using subject line Refund request.

Billing or receipt questions from FedaPay checkout should be routed per FedaPay’s customer guidance when applicable. Refund and cancellation requests under this policy must follow the management@pratick.net / Refund request procedure in the section above. General product or stream-quality questions may be sent to management@pratick.net.
