PRATICK FEED (“we”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information when you visit feed.pratick.net, register, subscribe, or use our intelligence dashboards and alerts.

Data controller

What we collect

Email address. We collect your email address to create and synchronize your account, deliver product updates, authenticate sessions where applicable, and route operational alerts tied to topics you selected.

Subscription and usage context. We store information associated with your plan and preferences (for example, the operational niches you choose and dashboard session filters such as stream or category selections). These values help us personalize what you see in the live feed experience.

Where and how data is stored

Application data—including account identifiers and session-style preferences used to filter feeds (for example parameters aligned with topics or feed-interest style metrics)—is stored and processed using Supabase infrastructure with access controls suited to production workloads. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect confidentiality and integrity; no method of transmission over the Internet is entirely risk-free.

Payment data — FedaPay

We do not collect, process, or store your full payment card numbers, card security codes, or mobile-money PINs. Eligible subscriptions are billed through FedaPay, which processes T-Money, Moov, Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money, Wave, and related checkout methods. Payment credentials you enter during checkout are handled on FedaPay-controlled systems pursuant to FedaPay’s privacy policy and security practices.

Retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed to operate the Platform, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, or object to certain processing. Contact management@pratick.net and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

International transfers

Our vendors (including Supabase and FedaPay) may process data in multiple jurisdictions. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses recognised under applicable frameworks.
